Richard Dreyfuss is gunning for an Emmy to match his Oscar. The actor has joined CBS's Happiness Isn't Everything, a comedy pilot also starring Jason Biggs, says The Hollywood Reporter.
Dreyfuss will play a pushy patriarch in the series focused on a family who are too involved in each other's lives. Biggs will play his son. Upright Citzens Brigade's Ben Schwartz has also been cast as the "explosive older brother."
Happiness comes from Arrested Development mastermind Mitch Hurwitz.
